- Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population.
- 6+ months working in telehealth.
- Understanding of mood/anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and perinatal/menopausal psychiatric considerations.
- Grounded in evidence-based practices.
- Empathetic, intuitive listener with strong communication skills.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHR, and Google Suite.
- Adaptable and motivated to work in an early-stage startup.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients via telehealth.
- Practice within a care model prioritizing clinical quality and therapist collaboration.
- Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 20-30 minute follow-up appointments.
- Contribute to evolving workflows and best practices in an early-stage startup environment.
- Manage patient appointments based on provided availability.
