Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in growth copywriting, performance copywriting, or direct-response marketing.
- Strong portfolio showing high-converting ad copy, email sequences, and landing pages.
- Experience writing for digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Experience writing email marketing sequences with measurable results.
- Proven ability to write for different audiences and adapt tone/messaging.
- Understanding of copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, etc.).
- Fluent in English with strong writing skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI writing tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper).
- Ability to write detailed, specific prompts for AI.
Responsibilities
- Write high-converting ad copy for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
- Produce 50+ ad copy variants per campaign using AI tools.
- Adapt messaging per market (Egypt, KSA, UAE) ensuring cultural nuance.
- Write full lifecycle email sequences and WhatsApp broadcasts.
- Write and optimize landing page copy for A/B testing.
- Write SEO-optimized content for organic acquisition.
- Develop community content for Discord, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and evolve brand voice guidelines across all programs.
- Build and maintain reusable AI prompt libraries.
- Design AI-assisted content workflows to increase production speed.
