Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack software engineering.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, and Python / FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, and databases.
- Advanced experience with PostgreSQL including pgvector or semantic search.
- Experience with Redis or similar caching technologies.
- Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes.
- Strong testing mindset (Playwright, Jest, Pytest).
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf).
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, agent orchestration, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
- English level B2/C1.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of complete product features.
- Build scalable, maintainable applications using modern fullstack technologies.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation, refactoring, and debugging.
- Orchestrate AI agents and advanced development workflows.
- Design and maintain Model Context Protocol servers.
- Validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to rapidly prototype and validate ideas.
- Contribute to development standards and reusable AI workflows.
- Work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containers, and production environments.
