Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Science, Sustainability, Economics, Business, or Public Policy
- 8 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex programs or projects in energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or a regulated industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze program data, budgets, and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of project and program management principles
- Ability to lead complex initiatives independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and utilize internal systems like SharePoint and Slack
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee large-scale, complex demand side management programs from initiation through closeout
- Execute and adapt program implementation approaches in response to evolving market conditions
- Manage day-to-day program delivery, track timelines, and quality standards
- Contribute to the development of multi-year program strategies and annual workplans
- Coordinate cross-functional program implementation teams
- Coach and guide team members
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align integrated program execution
- Serve as the primary client-facing project contact
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Track and report on established KPIs and performance metrics
