Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
  • 8 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex programs or projects within energy efficiency, utilities, sustainability, or a regulated industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze program data, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management principles (scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, quality control).
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Slack).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee large-scale, complex demand side management programs from initiation through closeout.
  • Execute and adapt program implementation approaches in response to evolving market conditions.
  • Manage day-to-day program delivery, tracking timelines and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of multi-year program strategies and annual workplans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional program implementation teams.
  • Coach and guide team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing project contact for utility and public-sector clients.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Track and report on established KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
