Requirements
- 8+ years of front-end and infrastructure-adjacent web development.
- Experience with a modern React meta-framework (Remix, Next, Tanstack Start).
- Active, daily use and construction of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor).
- Cloud fluency with Cloudflare and AWS.
- Experience setting up deployments on GitHub using GitHub Actions.
- Track record of leading non-trivial frontend migrations.
- Strong API and database schema design skills.
- Experience with headless CMS (Sanity preferred).
- Design sensibility and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build agent tools and workflows including custom Claude skills and MCP servers.
- Perform product work in Remix and Astro applications, including building pages and managing design systems.
- Manage infrastructure supporting agents and app development using Cloudflare, Sanity CMS, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes.
- Maintain modern, performant frontend foundations.
- Implement monitors, tests, metrics, and dashboards for SEO, uptime, and accessibility.
