Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, construction, equipment operations, or consulting.
- Background in facilities management, architecture/engineering/construction (AEC), or medical equipment procurement.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience in healthcare supply chain or procurement environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Support the growth and performance of the Facilities Management Optimization Solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders including executives and supply chain leaders.
- Lead or contribute to multiple concurrent projects across facilities and construction programs.
- Analyze construction, procurement, and vendor data to identify savings and compliance risks.
- Develop and manage project work plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Review contracts, bids, and construction documentation.
- Prepare RFPs, bid analyses, and financial evaluations for senior stakeholders.
- Identify regional sourcing opportunities and support vendor negotiations.
- Contribute to solution development and business development efforts.
- Maintain high delivery performance and client satisfaction.
