Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent education/experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or similar support roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, deal lifecycle management, and operational workflows.
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional, and remote or distributed environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of business finance basics is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process for technology resale opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all stakeholders.
  • Support sales teams in creating client offers, managing deal registrations, vendor onboarding, and documentation control.
  • Coordinate approvals, purchase order requests, and invoicing processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Maintain and track resale opportunity pipelines using CRM tools such as Salesforce (MMS).
  • Collaborate continuously with sales, finance, procurement, and operations teams to resolve process-related issues.
  • Provide operational reporting, customized insights, and stakeholder support for ongoing deals and pipeline health.
  • Develop expertise in resale tools, processes, and workflows, acting as a subject matter expert where required.
  • Ensure accurate execution of booking, billing, and documentation across all resale transactions.
