Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of consulting or healthcare analytics experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics
- Strong understanding of global pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within consulting or healthcare advisory environments
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project workstreams within market access and pricing consulting engagements for healthcare and life sciences clients.
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead, managing relationships, expectations, and communication throughout project delivery.
- Oversee the development of pricing, access, and commercialization strategies based on primary and secondary research insights.
- Conduct and guide primary research with key stakeholders such as payers, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
- Translate complex data and research findings into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of client commitments.
- Mentor and supervise analysts and consultants, ensuring strong collaboration and professional development within the team.
- Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and internal capability building.
