Requirements
- Strong experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE
- Experience leading DevOps practices across distributed teams
- Mandatory experience with Databricks
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps YAML and classic pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Git and release management
- Strong experience with Azure administration and CLI/PowerShell
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Experience with Terraform
- Understanding of DevSecOps (SonarQube, Prisma Cloud)
- Available for on-call support 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
- English level B2 or higher
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain DevOps practices, standards, and procedures across onshore and offshore teams
- Support Business-as-Usual operations and Disaster Recovery readiness across environments
- Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Manage release processes including blue-green/canary deployment approaches
- Integrate DevSecOps practices including static code analysis and software composition analysis
- Administer and support Azure cloud resources and network configurations
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Support Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform
- Troubleshoot issues across environments and manage incidents
- Mentor developers on DevOps and CI/CD best practices
