Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in insurance product (IFP and Small Group) execution and regulatory filings
- 5+ years experience managing people
- 5+ years hands-on experience with health insurance regulatory filing processes (ACA and state-specific)
- 4+ years of experience leading complex QA and production workflows
- 4+ years of experience with controls, documentation standards, and version management
- 3+ years of experience operating in close partnership with senior leaders
- 3+ years project management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing third-party vendors
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance product execution calendar from design translation through filing and implementation
- Implement insurance product-specific ACA filing components
- Oversee development of PBT, SOB, SBC, and benefit documentation
- Manage QA frameworks and validation processes for filing outputs
- Lead and mentor teams responsible for product execution and QA
- Serve as escalation point for external vendors
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, SIO, Actuarial, and Operations
