- Strong technical fluency in LLMs, embeddings, and RAG.
- Ability to engage in technical design sessions with engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to debug and problem-solve in ambiguous situations.
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort with quick pivots.
- Attention to detail and experience shipping production-ready systems.
Responsibilities
- Translate cutting-edge AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) into production-ready workflows.
- Sit with engineers and data scientists during debug sessions, design reviews, and brainstorming.
- Ensure product quality and performance by focusing on model evaluation metrics and API contracts.
- Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and time-to-market.
- Define, scope, and ship features end-to-end in tight iterations.
- Partner with Customer Success to understand user interactions.
- Translate messy customer workflows into elegant technical solutions.
