Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience focused on the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrable background supporting federal contracting environments (DoD, DHS, or civilian).
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Deep familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and at least one other module (ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM).
- Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, LucidChart).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client-facing workshops and discovery sessions.
- Convert mission-level needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Perform gap assessments comparing legacy workflows to ServiceNow capabilities.
- Partner with Agile Coach to develop delivery processes and SOPs.
- Manage backlog quality and ensure adherence to Definition of Ready.
- Mentor junior analysts and developers on federal domain and platform best practices.
- Conduct peer reviews of functional designs and test scripts.
- Build process maps, workflow diagrams, and data models.
- Counsel government clients on platform best practices.
- Own UAT planning and execution.
