- Proven track record in the Senior Living industry
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations for senior living insurance
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with a carrier, MGA, or Wholesale broker
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events
Responsibilities
- Engage in the end-to-end underwriting process
- Process submissions and account underwriting
- Handle quote issuance and policy binding
- Manage endorsements and state/federal filings
- Foster communication with agency partners to drive growth
- Execute daily underwriting tasks with precision
- Provide exceptional client support to agency partners and management
