Requirements
- Solid working knowledge of transformer architectures for NLP
- Proficiency in PyTorch with experience in training loops and model fine-tuning
- Experience working with real-world text data across classification, extraction, or search
- Some exposure to instruction fine-tuning or model serving
- Grounding in classical ML and statistics
- Familiarity with GenAI and agentic patterns
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical work
Responsibilities
- Train, evaluate, and iterate on ML models for customer feedback tasks
- Build and maintain LLM-powered features including retrieval pipelines and reranking systems
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks, build test sets, and define metrics
- Work on semantic search and retrieval using embedding-based approaches
- Write clean, well-tested code and collaborate with Engineering on model integration
- Translate business and product requirements into practical ML experiments
