Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Backend Developer in a similar role, preferably in the FinTech industry.
- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven ability to design, architect, debug, test, and create well-documented code.
- Production experience in asynchronous messaging with micro services.
- Understanding of common design patterns and principles
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract challenges into clear, actionable steps and solutions.
- Experience in taking a product from initiation through the go to market phase
- Good understanding of financial services, particularly in banking, payments or crypto
- Familiarity with distributed ledger technology or blockchain is a plus.
- Open to participate in out of hours on call rota
