Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in content, style, and approach and own the solution from idea to publication.
- Decide the most effective format to convert users, such as articles, calculators, or interactive wizards.
- Validate technical accuracy of all public-facing content and serve as a filter against AI hallucinations.
- Produce proprietary assets like benchmarks, expert interviews, and deep-dive diagrams.
- Structure information for SEO and to serve as a citation source for AI models.
- Track traffic and conversion metrics to refine strategy and pivot based on data performance.
- Partner with internal product and operations teams to extract expertise.
