Requirements
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience.
- Expertise in Excel.
- Expertise in SQL.
- Expertise in PowerBI.
- Experience creating or improving warehouse management systems and processes.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial results.
- Ability to build models and business cases with business partners.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize processes that drive refund improvements across SKU, brand, and channel levels.
- Maintain and enhance refund reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop models, templates, and reporting tools to support efficient decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and finance leaders to build refund plans.
- Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for variance recovery.
