Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management, purchasing & supply chain.
- Strong Excel skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in forecasting, planning and replenishment systems.
- Experience working with both domestic and international merchandise manufacturer vendor base.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage purchase orders to achieve company metrics for in-stock rates and inventory turnover.
- Manage shipments and backorders for vendors.
- Allocate products to optimal fulfillment centers.
- Collaborate with vendor management to obtain product information.
- Communicate supplier performance and manage purchasing communication with vendors.
- Monitor pod KPIs: Out of stock rate, Inventory Turn, Obsolete Slow-Moving Inventory, and Sell-Through Rate.
- Perform in-depth analysis to improve revenue and profitability from inventory.
- Consolidate large volumes of data related to shipments, sales, and inventory.
