Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, purchasing & supply chain.
  • Strong Excel skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in forecasting, planning and replenishment systems.
  • Experience working with both domestic and international merchandise manufacturer vendor base.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage purchase orders to achieve company metrics for in-stock rates and inventory turnover.
  • Manage shipments and backorders for vendors.
  • Allocate products to optimal fulfillment centers.
  • Collaborate with vendor management to obtain product information.
  • Communicate supplier performance and manage purchasing communication with vendors.
  • Monitor pod KPIs: Out of stock rate, Inventory Turn, Obsolete Slow-Moving Inventory, and Sell-Through Rate.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to improve revenue and profitability from inventory.
  • Consolidate large volumes of data related to shipments, sales, and inventory.
