Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, RPh, PA).
- 5+ years of experience in pharma, biotech, access/reimbursement, or patient support.
- 2+ years of people management/leadership experience.
- 3+ years' experience with direct provider/caregiver/patient interaction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Case Management and Patient Access Services.
- Understanding of privacy laws and regulations including HIPAA.
- Successful experience in hiring, developing, and managing diverse high performing teams.
- Strong leadership, teaching, planning, organization, data/analytics, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience working cross-functionally within a matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a dedicated team of Case Managers.
- Manage workload and responsibility scope for patient and physician office coverage.
- Improve patient/provider experience through cross-functional collaboration.
- Form partnerships with Central Operations for CRM and technical optimization.
- Collaborate with PQE to monitor call and system performance.
- Identify and report adverse events per Novartis systems.
- Serve as program Case Management liaison and single point of contact for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with PSC Leaders, Training, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
- Oversee 5-7 Supervisors managing 10-14 Case Managers each.
- Collaborate with Training and Documentation teams on process and systems-based training.
