Job Details

Proven track record as Senior Engineering Manager leading SRE, platform, or infrastructure teams.
Experience scaling production systems and databases in cloud environments (AWS).
Experience shifting teams from reactive to proactive, roadmap-driven execution.
Strong background in developer experience and CI/CD.
Hands-on familiarity with Terraform/Ansible, GitLab, Kubernetes, and observability stacks.
Experience partnering with security, database, networking, and central platform teams.
Demonstrated people leadership and talent development of senior engineers.
Comfortable operationalizing AI tools in engineering workflows.
Strong experience with scaling large LAMP/web applications.
SaaS or Sales CRM experience is a plus.

Own execution for the FUB infra & security roadmap.
Run an exemplary planning and delivery rhythm.
Accountable for reliability, performance, operability, and cost of core FUB services and infrastructure.
Lead the team to run a low-toil on-call process.
Drive database scaling, performance, and modernization.
Lead FUB modernization strategy and execution for prioritized workloads.
Raise the bar on developer environments and onboarding.
Lead and grow a high-performing, inclusive SRE/infrastructure/security team.
Serve as the primary technical and operational interface for FUB infra with leadership.
Champion innovation in reliability, scalability, and AI-driven automation.
