Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing cloud architecture, technical consulting, or field engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS in real customer environments.
- Working knowledge of modern AI and GenAI architectures on AWS.
- Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, RAG patterns, and agentic AI design.
- Familiarity with AWS CDK or infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and technical POVs.
- Strong judgment in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
- Ownership mentality to escalate and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on delivery for GenAI implementation and technical proof-of-value engagements.
- Translate customer goals into practical architectures and implementation plans.
- Build, configure, and validate AWS-native AI and data solutions.
- Own technical execution from discovery through delivery, including workshops and readouts.
- Support product adoption by helping customers integrate DoiT products.
- Contribute to new logo acquisition and install base expansion via technical consulting.
- Identify patterns and reusable assets to standardize delivery approaches.
- Partner cross-functionally to scope and execute customer work.
