Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an analytics, data science, marketing analytics, growth analytics, or related quantitative role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python/R.
- Experience with AI IDE tools.
- Hands-on experience analyzing marketing, growth, marketplace, or performance data.
- Experience with experimentation, attribution, and measurement concepts.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
- Ability to work confidently with complex and imperfect business data.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing measurement across channels, campaigns, markets, and customer segments.
- Analyze marketing performance to identify growth drivers and investment efficiency.
- Develop practical ways to evaluate attribution and improve reporting accuracy.
- Build scalable foundations including dashboards, experimentation, and monitoring frameworks.
- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities and drive recommendations.
