- Strong Python, API design, database, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
- Frontend competence to ship usable internal tools
- 2+ years building production agentic AI systems
- Hands-on experience with RAG, evaluation, and prompt engineering
- Track record building internal tools and dashboards for non-technical users
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and ship production-grade systems
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain agentic AI workflows
- Build and operate generative media pipelines using ComfyUI, Fal, and direct model APIs
- Ship internal AI tools and dashboards for Post, Art, Content, and Marketing teams
- Build evaluation, monitoring, and failure-recovery systems for deployed workflows
- Optimize infrastructure, deployment, security, and API costs
- Translate department pain points into engineered solutions
- Train receiving teams and document every system shipped
