- Understanding of major ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel
- Ability to identify effective ad hooks and translate data into creative briefs
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a desire to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of core paid acquisition channels or DSPs
- Support the creation of scalable acquisition funnels by ensuring proper tracking implementation
- Actively participate in the testing loop by preparing new ad concepts and organizing creative assets
- Monitor campaign and funnel performance using tools like Voluum and GA4
- Pull and organize performance data to support strategic reviews
- Support the creative briefing process with performance insights
- Collaborate with Product and Content teams on landing page launches and testing
- Research and document potential new acquisition opportunities
