Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Research, UX Research, or a client-facing insight role.
- Experience within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI and its impact on creative workflows.
- Proven ability to manage multiple medium projects simultaneously.
- Strong storytelling skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders.
- Strategic ability to distinguish between one-off requests and systemic opportunities.
- Comfortable using modern research tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research cycles from participant recruiting to usability testing.
- Manage daily client interactions to capture feedback on GenAI features.
- Select and apply research methods such as diary studies, surveys, and RITE testing.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to translate insights into product requirements.
- Identify and improve research operation bottlenecks to support team scaling.
- Own relationships with superusers and communicate roadmap influence.
- Design value exchange programs for research participants.
