Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for identifying, validating, and scaling new product opportunities.
- Define and drive product strategy by combining customer insights, market opportunities, and experimentation.
- Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align teams and deliver high-quality products.
- Navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful investment decisions as opportunities evolve.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing product managers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and customer obsession.
