Requirements
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst role
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements clearly
- Confidence creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency in process documentation and process mapping
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state ways of working
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to identify risks, impacts, and dependencies
- Proactive, solution-focused approach
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar systems (desirable)
- Experience working with external vendors (desirable)
- Exposure to change management, testing, or training (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and capture requirements
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, process maps, and deliverables
- Improve current ways of working and identify smarter future-state solutions
- Support successful delivery from discovery through to implementation
- Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners
- Contribute to testing, training, and change management activities
- Track benefits and support colleague adoption of new processes and systems
