Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
- Strong existing network and proven track record of selling to large enterprise merchants.
- Deep understanding of payment ecosystems including UPI, credit/debit cards, payment gateways, and aggregators.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals with long and complex sales cycles.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at senior executive level.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to structure and close complex deals.
- Preferred experience in cross-border payments, PSPs, payment aggregators, or fintech organizations.
- Strong ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for domestic payment gateway solutions, from lead generation and engagement to negotiation and closure.
- Identify, target, and acquire high-value enterprise merchants across multiple sectors including e-commerce, fintech, travel, edtech, and healthcare.
- Own and consistently deliver against MTU and GMV targets, ensuring sustained revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
- Leverage CXO-level networks to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
- Collaborate closely with product, integration, operations, and risk teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful merchant go-lives.
- Position the organization effectively against competitors in both domestic and cross-border payments segments.
