Requirements
- Proven experience in deploying and integrating complex systems, ideally in telco.
- Broad and deep technical foundation (networks, protocols, TCP/IP).
- Experience with HTTP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, Linux, servers, APIs, PKI, and virtualization.
- Practical experience configuring, integrating, or troubleshooting production/lab environments.
- Proven track record managing deployments of complex software systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (telecommunication, ICT, or IT preferred).
- Experience leading or coordinating implementation teams.
- Ability to plan and execute projects translating technical goals into milestones.
- Strong communication skills for bridging business and engineering perspectives.
- Fluent English (C1).
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring clear goals.
- Manage project resources and delegate tasks to engineering/SRE teams.
- Configure systems and perform hands-on technical tasks.
- Act as subject matter expert for internal/external technical discussions.
- Identify technical implementation gaps through interaction with all parties.
- Gather and explain technical expectations to engineering teams.
- Identify and manage project risks with contingency planning.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and clients.
- Analyze project performance to improve delivery processes.
- Train customer technical teams on system operation and maintenance.
