Requirements
- QA Lead experience with hands-on coaching in Playwright & TypeScript from 4+ years.
- Strong manual testing (UI & API).
- Practical automation experience (TypeScript + Playwright).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to drive QA strategy and team development.
- AI testing experience (AI-powered tools + integration into QA workflows).
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, and executing manual and automated testing across the project.
- Defining QA strategy, setting release readiness criteria, and driving continuous process improvement.
- Distributing workload across manual and automation QA engineers, organise daily standups and cross-review sessions.
- Conducting 1-on-1 meetings, identifying skill gaps, and supporting team members' professional growth.
- Communicating quality status to developers (technical details) and leadership (risks, summaries, proactive follow-ups).
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Applying AI tools for log analysis, bug report generation, and test case creation from end-to-end scenarios.
- Validating system quality in microservice-based architectures.
- Helping manual testers transition to automation (TypeScript + Playwright) and guide automation engineers on best practices.
