- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry safety rules.
- Experience working in a brand design team.
- Strong presentation and sales skills for pitching ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Design external packaging for a variety of products.
- Analyze existing packaging to conceptualize cost-effective designs.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Coordinate multilingual translations and ensure accurate typesetting.
- Adapt packaging designs to global regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and select packaging materials for cost and sustainability.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and safety groups.
- Manage end-to-end design workflows and timelines.
- Utilize DAM systems to organize and maintain design files.
