Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
- Proven ability to build financial models and business cases from scratch.
- Experience with pricing and packaging, scenario modeling, elasticity, and margin analysis.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, AI analytics platforms) in workflows.
- Comfortable presenting and explaining complex reasoning to senior leadership.
- Proficiency with modern analytical tools (spreadsheets, SQL, BI platforms).
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or payments industries (ARPU, churn, LTV).
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial analytics for the GTM organization: pricing models, deal economics, revenue forecasting, and business case development.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis workflows and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain pricing frameworks including tier restructuring, competitive benchmarking, and willingness-to-pay analysis.
- Identify and size revenue levers regarding underpricing, margin leakage, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop standalone business cases for new commercial initiatives, market expansion, and pricing changes.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on deal structuring, CAC, ROI, and monetization strategy.
- Translate complex analysis into actionable proposals for senior management.
- Build repeatable analytical frameworks and AI-assisted models.
- Navigate data from multiple sources to deliver insights independently.
