Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting
- Proven ability to build financial models and business cases from scratch
- Experience with pricing and packaging, scenario modeling, elasticity, and margin analysis
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up research and analysis
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Proficient with spreadsheets, SQL, and BI platforms
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or payments businesses
- Understanding of ARPU, churn, expansion revenue, and LTV
- Fluent English (C1+)
Responsibilities
- Own commercial analytics for the GTM organization: pricing models, deal economics, revenue forecasting, and business case development that directly inform leadership decisions
- Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis workflows and identify opportunities to make the commercial analytics function more efficient
- Build and maintain pricing frameworks across Magicline, PerfectGym, MySports, and Finion
- Identify and size revenue levers such as pricing, discounting, and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop standalone business cases for new commercial initiatives and market expansion
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on deal structuring, CAC, ROI, and packaging strategy
- Translate complex commercial analysis into actionable proposals for senior management
- Build repeatable analytical frameworks and templates to standardize pricing and sizing questions
- Navigate messy data environments to build analytical views
