Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting
  • Proven ability to build financial models and business cases from scratch
  • Experience with pricing and packaging, scenario modeling, elasticity, and margin analysis
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to speed up research and analysis
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, SQL, and BI platforms
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or payments businesses
  • Understanding of ARPU, churn, expansion revenue, and LTV
  • Fluent English (C1+)

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial analytics for the GTM organization: pricing models, deal economics, revenue forecasting, and business case development that directly inform leadership decisions
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis workflows and identify opportunities to make the commercial analytics function more efficient
  • Build and maintain pricing frameworks across Magicline, PerfectGym, MySports, and Finion
  • Identify and size revenue levers such as pricing, discounting, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop standalone business cases for new commercial initiatives and market expansion
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on deal structuring, CAC, ROI, and packaging strategy
  • Translate complex commercial analysis into actionable proposals for senior management
  • Build repeatable analytical frameworks and templates to standardize pricing and sizing questions
  • Navigate messy data environments to build analytical views
