- Proficient operational experience with NetSuite
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing accounting team
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting
- Design and roll out scalable accounting policies and internal controls
- Optimize NetSuite to automate manual processes
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support audit processes
- Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams
