Requirements

DVM/VMD licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Canada
Must be in good standing
Must hold a license in one or multiple of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island
Experience treating exotic species (small mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates) is a strong asset
Passionate about telemedicine and digital health

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual, video appointments with pet owners through the Vetster platform
Provide thorough clinical assessments, triage guidance, and treatment recommendations within scope of practice
Complete accurate and timely medical records within the platform
Deliver exceptional client experience with clear and compassionate communication
Adhere to Vetster standards of care and platform policies
Maintain compliance with provincial licensing requirements
