DVM/VMD licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Canada with good standing
Current license in one or multiple of: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island
Experience treating exotic species (small mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates)
Passionate about Telemedicine

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual, video appointments with pet owners through the Vetster platform
Provide thorough clinical assessments, triage guidance, and treatment recommendations within your scope of practice and applicable regulations
Complete, accurate, and timely medical records for each appointment within the platform
Deliver an exceptional client experience — communicating clearly, compassionately, and professionally
Adhere to Vetster's standards of care and platform policies
Maintain compliance with your provincial licensing requirements
