Requirements
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
- 2+ years experience with Azure or similar cloud providers.
- 2+ years experience designing/implementing end user computing solutions.
- 2+ years experience with MDM solutions (Intune, JAMF, Mosyle, etc.).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language: PowerShell, Go, Python, or Bash.
- Strong understanding of API methods and RESTful endpoints.
- Experience implementing SSO and SCIM provisioning.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI.
- Advanced Windows and macOS troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with software packaging and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Assess technology needs across all business units.
- Build implementation plans for new technologies or reconfigurations.
- Design and implement solutions in Azure and cloud platforms.
- Act as escalation point for 1st and 2nd tier IT support.
- Implement security measures in collaboration with the Security team.
- Automate IT functions to remove manual dependencies.
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS hardware and software issues.
- Ensure incident tracking in Jira and provide regular updates.
