Requirements
- Experience writing, executing, and automating with at least one scripting language (Powershell, Go, Python, Bash).
- Knowledge of source control in a production environment.
- Familiarity with Azure Automation Accounts, Function App and Storage Accounts.
- Strong understanding of API methods, including RESTful endpoints and HTTP verbs.
- Knowledge and/or experience implementing SSO and SCIM provisioning for 3rd-Party Applications.
- 2+ years implementing and administering Microsoft Entra ID.
- 2+ years experience with Azure or equivalent cloud providers.
- 2+ years designing and implementing end user computing solutions.
- 2+ years designing and implementing MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, JAMF).
- Advanced Windows and MacOS troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with all business units to assess technology needs.
- Build implementation plans to introduce new technologies or reconfigure existing ones.
- Design and implement solutions to meet business needs in Azure and cloud platforms.
- Be the escalation point for issues unable to be resolved by 1st and 2nd tier support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software issues.
- Implement automation to remove manual dependencies across all IT functions.
- Provide guidance and best practices for end user computing in a remote-first environment.
- Ensure all incidents are tracked in the Jira ticketing system.
- Participate in periodic maintenance and infrastructure improvement projects.
