Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school.
- Completed a Psychiatry residency program.
- Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA number in CT, FL, MA, NJ, or NY.
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Psychiatry.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting.
- Telehealth/telemedicine experience.
- Proficiency with EHR platforms and Google Suite.
- Experience with psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.).
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management.
- Develop and curate personalized treatment plans for a caseload of ~50 patients per week.
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations.
- Maintain consistent weekly patient care schedule and effective calendar management.
- Prescribe medication and manage refills.
- Document sessions timely and thoroughly.
- Participate in clinical meetings and internal trainings.
- Provide clinical guidance to peers and supervisors.
