Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or TAM
- Experience with enterprise security and data ecosystems (SIEM, SOAR, IAM)
- Proficiency in developing scripts/software for API integration, preferably in Python
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-manage tasks and work cross-functionally
- Comfortable working with developers and security leadership
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Team and Customer Success Managers to drive customer retention and growth
- Participate in technical planning sessions and business reviews
- Develop, test, and maintain integrations across identity, logging, security, and ticketing systems
- Build automation workflows using platforms like Tines, Okta Workflows, or scripting
- Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, DevOps, and Engineering to identify automation opportunities
- Proactively monitor account health and integration performance
- Deploy and support demonstration environments for sales teams
- Create and maintain documentation, scripts, and deployment templates
