Requirements
- PharmD degree
- Active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience (hospital, specialty, or similar)
- Experience with compliance, audits, or quality initiatives
- Strong judgment and ability to think critically
- Comfort challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital partners by interpreting and applying accreditation standards
- Lead accreditation readiness efforts including gap analyses, policy development, and survey preparation
- Guide clients through mock audits and corrective action planning
- Develop tools, templates, and processes that support scalable and sustainable compliance
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Deliver training and provide education on accreditation standards
- Identify risks and drive continuous improvement across quality programs
- Act as a subject matter expert on URAC and ACHC standards
