Requirements

  • PharmD degree
  • Active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing
  • 3+ years of pharmacy experience (hospital, specialty, or similar)
  • Experience with compliance, audits, or quality initiatives
  • Strong judgment and ability to think critically
  • Comfort challenging assumptions and influencing stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital partners by interpreting and applying accreditation standards
  • Lead accreditation readiness efforts including gap analyses, policy development, and survey preparation
  • Guide clients through mock audits and corrective action planning
  • Develop tools, templates, and processes that support scalable and sustainable compliance
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Deliver training and provide education on accreditation standards
  • Identify risks and drive continuous improvement across quality programs
  • Act as a subject matter expert on URAC and ACHC standards
