Responsibilities
- Learn and represent client culture and organizational values
- Conduct research and sourcing for technical talent
- Draft job advertisements, candidate feedback, and personalized outreach
- Conduct interviews with software developers, project managers, product owners, and testers
- Provide technical skill assessments
- Act as an expert advisor to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
