Responsibilities
- Deliver backend features end to end, from a defined spec through to production.
- Build and ship backend services that handle real payment volume.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions.
- Monitor production system performance and resolve issues.
- Write high-quality, production-ready, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate on scoping sessions and code reviews.
- Engage with technical complexity and contribute to system evolution.
