Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2+ years of experience coding in languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or C#, with strong OOP knowledge
  • Proven experience testing native iOS and Android applications at scale
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile application architectures
  • Hands-on experience with mobile debugging tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, TestFlight, Charles Proxy, and Firebase
  • Familiarity with mobile automation frameworks like Espresso and XCTest
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery cycles
  • Ability to design detailed test cases covering full mobile user journeys under different network and device conditions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and execute comprehensive test strategies for native iOS and Android applications
  • Validate complex end-to-end mobile user flows, including onboarding, in-app experiences, and transactions
  • Identify, document, and track software defects throughout their lifecycle using QA and bug tracking systems
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to improve requirement clarity and test coverage
  • Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities within agile sprint cycles
  • Create and maintain detailed QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test checklists
  • Perform risk analysis and proactively communicate quality concerns to stakeholders
  • Support release validation and ensure stability across multiple devices, OS versions, and environments
