Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience.
- Expertise in IBM Verify, IBM ISAM, or IBM Identity Access solutions.
- Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end IBM Verify environments.
- Strong knowledge of identity federation protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
- Experience implementing SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and identity orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with reverse proxy, junctions, and hybrid deployments.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, enterprise directories, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of identity governance concepts such as RBAC, certification, and segregation of duties.
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar).
- Experience in troubleshooting complex distributed IAM systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate IBM Verify (SaaS and Identity Access) environments across enterprise hybrid architectures.
- Implement and configure identity infrastructure components including reverse proxy, web and API gateways, junctions, and containerized deployments on OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Build and manage authentication and federation capabilities using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
- Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and risk-based access policies.
- Integrate IBM Verify with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, HR platforms, and cloud directories.
- Design and support identity governance processes including RBAC, access certification campaigns, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Architect high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization for self-managed components.
- Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for deployment, provisioning, and configuration management.
- Produce architecture documentation and operational runbooks.
