Requirements
- Significant professional experience developing full-stack applications in production.
- Backend expertise, preferably with Go.
- Frontend experience with JavaScript, modern HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
- Deep understanding of API design, distributed systems, and data modeling.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and gRPC.
- Proven ability to write clean, modular, and performant code.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Formal education in Computer Science or related field.
- Professional fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern engineering practices.
- Build and enhance user-facing web experiences focusing on usability, accessibility, and SEO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Drive technical design discussions and establish engineering standards.
- Improve system performance, observability, and developer experience.
- Implement experimentation frameworks and A/B testing strategies.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and reliability across applications.
- Mentor fellow engineers and participate in technical hiring.
