Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or enterprise security architecture
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Strong expertise in IAM concepts including lifecycle management, RBAC, provisioning, and certifications
- Proven experience in enterprise application onboarding and system integrations
- Strong development skills in Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and SCIM
- Experience integrating IAM platforms with AD, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and similar systems
- Solid understanding of security governance, compliance, and audit requirements
- Experience working across cloud and hybrid IAM environments
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, databases, and application/web servers
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading technical teams and client-facing engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, STEM, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and design end-to-end IAM/IGA architectures aligned with business, security, and compliance requirements
- Lead identity lifecycle management design, including provisioning, access requests, certifications, RBAC, and governance workflows
- Drive enterprise application onboarding across cloud, legacy, and custom systems
- Architect and implement integrations with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, and others
- Design scalable connector strategies using OOTB, custom, API-based, and disconnected approaches
- Provide technical leadership for SailPoint customizations including workflows, rules, and Java-based development
- Conduct architecture reviews, workshops, and technical discussions with stakeholders and clients
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and solution refinement activities
- Develop architecture documentation, deployment strategies, and technical design artifacts
- Mentor engineering teams and promote IAM best practices and reusable frameworks
