Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or cloud identity architecture
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow
- Strong experience with SailPoint NERM and third-party identity governance
- Expertise in cloud IAM architecture, provisioning, lifecycle management, and certifications
- Strong experience onboarding applications using OOTB, API-based, SaaS, and custom integrations
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SCIM, JSON, and cloud integration frameworks
- Experience integrating platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, identity security, and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with scripting or development technologies (JavaScript, PowerShell, Java, or Python)
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- English language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint ISC and NERM solutions
- Design scalable cloud-based identity governance and administration (IGA) architectures
- Architect identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, access requests, RBAC, and policy governance
- Lead implementation of Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM) solutions
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, web services, and SailPoint connectors
- Lead enterprise application onboarding across SaaS, cloud, API-based, and custom applications
- Architect integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and HR systems
- Conduct solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical advisory sessions with clients
- Establish IAM governance standards, implementation best practices, and reusable frameworks
- Mentor engineers and implementation teams
