Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a lead Workday consultant focused on HCM and Security.
  • Active Workday partner certifications in HCM Core.
  • Active Workday partner certification in at least one additional module (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
  • Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday Security.
  • Proven experience building complex custom reports.
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes and enterprise system architecture.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines in fast-paced consulting environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Workday HCM and Security consulting engagements, acting as a subject matter expert across multiple client environments.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Workday Security frameworks while ensuring robust access controls, compliance, and system integrity.
  • Design and build advanced Workday reports and support clients in leveraging data for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with engagement managers, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to align delivery and support pre-sales activities.
  • Support clients through critical business cycles such as annual compensation, benefits, performance, and recruiting events.
  • Stay current on Workday releases, industry trends, and best practices to improve delivery quality.
  • Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
